  • Engineer call out charges (except when system has been damaged by users or call out is due to customer mis-operation)

Outline of a servicing plan.

When your fire sprinkler system is due for maintenance a specialist will carry out a series of tests to check water supply and system operation.

This usually takes place once a year and is required to be carried out by a specialist to comply with strict rules and regulations. The tests are as follows;

  • Inspection of internal pipe work, sprinkler heads and control valves.
  • System cleaning.
  • All seals checked and replaced if necessary
  • Temperature activation of the sprinkler heads.
  • Water flow.
  • Water pressure.
  • Full function test.
