Outline of a servicing plan.
When your fire sprinkler system is due for maintenance a specialist will carry out a series of tests to check water supply and system operation.
This usually takes place once a year and is required to be carried out by a specialist to comply with strict rules and regulations. The tests are as follows;
- Inspection of internal pipe work, sprinkler heads and control valves.
- System cleaning.
- All seals checked and replaced if necessary
- Temperature activation of the sprinkler heads.
- Water flow.
- Water pressure.
- Full function test.
