You can’t be in all parts of your business all the time. If fire starts the chances are you will not be around to raise the alarm. If your fire risk is in an enclosed area such as machinery or cabinet the damage may well be done before it is noticed. What you need is a system that will put the fire out wherever it starts and as soon as it starts inside your risk area. In the length of time it took for you to read this sentence Firekill solutions would have put your fire out and raised the alarm.

What is Firetrace?

Firetrace is an automatic self seeking fire extinguisher, which puts out fires where they start by means of a flexible fire detection and delivery tube. The tube is manufactured from specially produced polymer materials to achieve the desired detection and delivery characteristics.

Firetrace does not rely on detecting the fire at a single point, but anywhere along the tubes length, which means wherever the fire starts it will be dealt with immediately. These extinguishing systems may be used as stand alone devices, or can be fully monitored for interfacing with alarm systems and/ or full shutdown of the protected equipment.
This offers early warning of activation and greatly reduces the risk of re-ignition and further damage to your business.

Why is it so effective for you?

It’s automatic which means you don’t have to rely on human intervention to notice a fire and take action. It’s quick because the detection tubing is installed within the protected equipment so it can detect and extinguish fire in its earliest stages. This effectiveness is further increased as Firetrace does not use any sensitive electronic detection devices that may be affected by humidity, dirt or turbulent airflow or vibration damage. The use of a simple robust detection system without electronic contacts or mechanical function also means your costs are kept to a minimum and limits the use of specialist equipment and highly trained installers.

Pressurised Firetrace tubing is routed over and around the protected area. When a fire occurs the tube will soften and burst at its weakest, hottest point ensuring a rapid and accurate delivery of extinguishant direct to the source of the fire through the tubing and simultaneously trigger alarms and/or shutdown relays.

This means all means that Firetrace offers the most cost effective automatic fire suppression on the market today offering proactive protection affordable to all businesses.
